At Sea-Gull Official Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your watch does not meet your expectations, you can return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original Sea-Gull presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our quality control center for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
